1. Registration Fee
1.1. Teachers who wish to join the Shule Tech platform are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of TSH 33,300 as an annual registration fee per subject they intend to teach.
2. Certification Verification
2.1. To be eligible to teach on our platform, teachers must provide a copy of their original certificate for verification purposes.
2.2. Shule Tech reserves the right to accept or reject a teacher's request to join the platform based on the verification of their certificate.
2.3. If Shule Tech fails to verify a teacher's certificate, the registration fee will be refunded, with a 5% deduction.
3. Content Recording
3.1. Once a teacher's request to join Shule Tech is accepted, they will have access to our facilities for recording subject content to be used on our mobile and web applications.
3.2. All recorded video content becomes the property of Shule Tech and is not the intellectual property of the teacher.
4. Payment to Teachers
4.1. Teachers will receive compensation equal to 55% of the revenue generated from student payments for their specific subjects.
5. Transaction Tracking
5.1. Teachers will have access to a dashboard to track all financial transactions related to their content.
6. Payment Disbursement
6.1. Payments due to teachers will be transferred to their designated bank account after a seven-day period.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. If Shule Tech fails to verify a teacher's certificate, the registration fee will be refunded
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By registering and participating on the Shule Tech platform, teachers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
8.2. Shule Tech reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications will be communicated to registered teachers.
9. Duration and Modification of Terms
9.1. These terms and conditions are not valid for a lifetime and are subject to change.
9.2. Shule Tech reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.3. It is the responsibility of teachers to regularly review and familiarize themselves with the most current version of these terms and conditions.
9.4. Continued use of the Shule Tech platform after the modification of these terms and conditions signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Data Privacy
10.1. Shule Tech is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its users. Teachers and students are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy for details on how their data is collected, used, and secured.
10.2. By using the Shule Tech platform, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination of Accounts
11.1. Shule Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any teacher or student who violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or engages in any behavior that is harmful to the platform or its community.
11.2. Upon termination, teachers and students may lose access to the platform and any associated content, and any outstanding payments may be forfeited.
