These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Shule Tech Online Tuition Center (referred to as "Shule Tech" or "we") for both parents/guardians and students. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- 1. Registration and Verification
- 1.1. Parents/guardians must ensure that their home has adequate space for the learning session.
- 2. Tuition Sessions
- 2.1. Home tuition sessions will be conducted between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM, subject to the availability of teachers.
- 2.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing transportation for the teacher to travel to their home.
- 2.3. Home tuition is available only within the city limits of Dodoma.
- 3. Tuition Fees
- 3.1. Parents/guardians are required to pay tuition fees to Shule Tech based on the subject or topic selected for home tuition.
- 3.2. Shule Tech does not provide academic certificates for its tuition services.
- 4. Office Sessions
- 4.1. For students who choose to attend classes at our office, they must arrive at least 30 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin.
- 4.2. Students attending office sessions must pay half of the tuition fee before the session starts.
- 5. Privacy and Data
- 5.1. Shule Tech is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its users. Parents/guardians and students are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy for details on how their data is collected, used, and secured.
- 6. Modification of Terms
- 6.1. Shule Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to users.
- 7. Acceptance of Terms
- 7.1. By using Shule Tech's services, parents/guardians and students agree to comply with these Terms and any future revisions.
