By accessing or using ShuleTech ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Use of the Platform
ShuleTech provides educational content, tools for teachers, and learning resources for students. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Tanzania and your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
3. Teacher Accounts
Teacher accounts are subject to admin review and approval. ShuleTech reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend teacher accounts that do not meet platform standards or violate these terms.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Content uploaded by teachers remains the responsibility of the uploader. By publishing content on ShuleTech, you grant the Platform a license to host, display, and distribute that content to authorized users. You must not upload material that infringes copyright or violates the rights of others.
5. Books and Paid Content
Premium books and paid resources require purchase or an active subscription. Purchased access is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Refund policies follow the payment provider and platform rules at the time of purchase.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party gateways. ShuleTech is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment providers, mobile networks, or banks.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Share account credentials or circumvent access controls
- Copy, redistribute, or resell platform content without permission
- Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal material
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Platform
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee error-free operation at all times.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
